Questions people ask before they say yes
Is this just a chatbot with a different name?
The difference is what she knows and what she does. A chatbot answers from a script or from whatever it scraped off your homepage. Nora is trained on your services, your coverage, your prices and your rules, she books into your calendar, and we retrain her when you tell us she got something wrong.
Will she pretend to be a person?
No. She says she is an AI assistant when she introduces herself. Several US states require it, and in our experience customers are fine with it as long as she is useful and hands over to a human when it matters.
What happens when she does not know the answer?
She says so, takes the details, and tells the customer when a person will call. She does not invent an answer, and she does not loop. If you want, she escalates straight to your phone for anything that sounds like an emergency.
How long does setup take?
Forty eight hours from the onboarding form. Most of that is us reading your site and writing her training, not waiting on you.
Can she book jobs?
