Terms of Service
These terms govern the services provided by Seoaify (“Seoaify”, “we”, “us”) to the business that orders them (“you”, “the client”). By requesting a free Google Business Profile makeover, starting a paid plan or paying an invoice, you accept these terms.
1. Services
Seoaify provides local search engine optimisation services including Google Business Profile management, review generation systems, citation management, website pages, local link building, reporting and related consulting, as described on the plan you select. Plan contents may be updated from time to time; we will not reduce what your plan includes during a paid month.
2. Free Google Business Profile makeover
The makeover is provided free of charge, with no card required and no obligation to purchase anything. We need manager-level access to your profile to complete it and will remove ourselves on request. We make changes in good faith based on Google’s guidelines; you remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information. We limit the number of free makeovers per month and may decline a request at our discretion.
3. Fees, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars by card through Stripe, starting on the Start Date.
- Plans are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by email; no further charges apply and there is no cancellation fee.
- Founding-client pricing is locked for as long as the plan remains continuously active.
- Failed payments are retried; if a payment remains unpaid for 14 days, services pause until it is settled.
4. Guarantee and refunds
Our Map Pack guarantee, its qualification conditions, measurement method, cap and refund rules are set out in the Guarantee & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Except as stated there, fees are non-refundable.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and timely access to your Google Business Profile, website and other accounts we need.
- Only ask us to represent a business you own or are authorised to manage.
- Follow Google’s Business Profile guidelines; we will not create fake reviews, fake locations or keyword-stuffed business names, and we will decline requests to do so.
- Respond to our reasonable requests (photos, approvals, review requests) within a reasonable time.
6. Ownership
You own your business name, domain, Google Business Profile, content you supply and all customer data. On payment, you own the pages, posts, images and written content we create for you. We may reuse our own methods, templates, tools and know-how. Anonymised performance data may be used in our case studies; we will ask before naming your business.
7. No guarantee of revenue; third-party platforms
Except for the written Map Pack guarantee, we make no promise of specific rankings, traffic, calls, leads or revenue. Google, review platforms and directories are third parties whose rules and algorithms change without notice; we are not responsible for their actions, outages or policy changes.
8. Confidentiality and data
Each party keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential. We process customer contact data (for example to send review requests) only on your instructions and delete it on request. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Termination
Either party may end the agreement at any time with notice by email. On termination we will remove our access on request, hand over any work you have paid for, and stop billing from the next billing date.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If any clause is unenforceable the rest remains in force. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; material changes will be emailed to active clients 14 days in advance.
