Map Pack Guarantee & Refund Policy

Effective 20 September 2026 · Applies to Seoaify’s Map Pack Starter and Map Pack Growth plans

1. The promise

For qualifying clients, Seoaify guarantees that the client’s Google Business Profile will appear in the top three positions of Google’s local “Map Pack” for one agreed Primary Keyword within 90 days of the Start Date. The Primary Keyword is a service-plus-city phrase (for example “water damage restoration Austin”) agreed in writing before the Start Date.

2. How the result is measured

  • Position is measured with an independent local rank-tracking tool from the geographic centre of the agreed city (or the client’s business location for service-area businesses), on a desktop or mobile search, incognito, in the United States.
  • The guarantee is met if the client’s profile appears in the top three on any of the last seven daily checks before day 90.
  • Sponsored/ad listings are excluded; only the organic Map Pack counts.
  • Both parties receive the tracker report; screenshots from a personal phone or logged-in browser are not used because Google personalises results.

3. If the guarantee is not met by day 90

  1. Seoaify continues the full service at no charge for up to 90 additional days (to day 180). Billing is paused automatically; the client does not need to ask.
  2. If the profile has still not reached the top three by day 180, Seoaify refunds the client’s last paid month and the client may end the agreement immediately with no cancellation fee.
  3. The client keeps everything created during the engagement: pages, posts, photos, review responses, citations and reports.

The guarantee is therefore capped at a maximum of 90 free days plus one month refunded. It is not open-ended and it is not a promise of a specific number of calls, leads or revenue.

4. Who qualifies

The guarantee is issued in writing only after the free Google Business Profile makeover and a market check. A client qualifies when all of the following are true:

The business has a genuine physical address or a genuine service area that includes the agreed city Google will not rank profiles outside their real area
The profile is verified, not suspended, and has not been suspended in the previous 12 months Suspended or reinstated profiles rank unpredictably
The Primary Keyword is not dominated by three national brands or franchise locations with 500+ reviews each We will tell you if it is and suggest an alternative keyword

5. What the client agrees to do

  • Grant Seoaify manager access to the Google Business Profile and editor access to the website (or allow us to host the service pages) within 7 days of the Start Date.
  • Send Seoaify’s review request (text or email) to every completed job, or allow us to send it on the client’s behalf.
  • Provide at least five job or team photos per month.
  • Allow Seoaify to respond to reviews, or respond within 48 hours.
  • Not change the business name, primary category, address or phone number on the profile without telling us.

If these are not done, the 90-day clock pauses until they are. It never resets — we simply cannot be responsible for the days we could not work.

6. Events outside our control

The guarantee is suspended (not voided) while any of the following applies: a Google profile suspension not caused by our work; a Google algorithm or product change that removes or materially alters the Map Pack for the Primary Keyword; the business closing, moving or rebranding; or the client’s website being offline for more than 7 consecutive days. When the event ends, the remaining days resume.

7. Refunds outside the guarantee

  • 30-day money-back: any new client may cancel within 30 days of their first payment for a full refund of that payment, for any reason.
  • Month-to-month: after the first 30 days, cancel any time before the next billing date; no further charges, no cancellation fee. Fees already paid for the current month are not pro-rated.
  • Free Google Business Profile makeover: it is free. There is nothing to refund and no obligation to buy anything.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
